门克庆煤矿矿井水处理站设计与优化

摘要: 以门克庆煤矿矿井水处理站为依托,对矿井水处理工艺和操作单元进行研究,即:增加调节预沉池和滗水器,调节了水量的不平衡,减轻后续处理的负荷;设计高密度迷宫斜板净水池,布置成侧向流,去除主要悬浮物及乳化油;采用“PLC工作站+上位机监控系统”模式,保证设备平稳安全运行。经试运行结果表明,该矿井水处理工艺操作简便,便于运行维护和管理,达到了污水再生利用工业用水水质标准的预期目标。

Abstract: Celebrates the coal mine mine pit water treatment take the gate gram to stand as the backing, conducts the research to the mine pit water technology and the operation unit.Sinks in advance through the increase adjustment the pond and bi the water, adjusted the water volume not to be balanced, reduces following processing the load; The design high density labyrinth sloping plate is clear, arranges the side counter current, the elimination main suspension and the emulsified oil; Using “the PLC workstation + on position machine supervisory system” the pattern, guarantees the equipment steady safe operation.And tries after the implementation to move, the craft operation was simple, is advantageous for the movement to maintain and to manage, has achieved the sewage regeneration use process water water quality standard anticipated target.
